Lipkaya Pasta provides water delivery services throughout the United Kingdom. Our services include but are not limited to:
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.
To use certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account or subscribe to a delivery plan. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions to our water delivery service require a commitment based on the plan selected. Cancellation policies vary by plan and are specified at the time of registration.
Delivery schedules are established at the time of subscription. We make every effort to deliver according to the agreed schedule, but delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive deliveries during the specified delivery window, or to make alternative arrangements in advance. If we are unable to complete a delivery due to your unavailability, we may charge a redelivery fee.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations that are inaccessible or present a safety risk to our delivery personnel.
Subscription fees are charged according to the plan selected. Prices are subject to change, but we will provide notice of any changes in advance. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and direct debit. Invoices are generated monthly and payment is due upon receipt.
Late payments may result in suspension of service. A reinstatement fee may apply to restart service after suspension due to non-payment.
Water coolers and certain containers remain the property of Lipkaya Pasta while in your possession. You are responsible for reasonable care of this equipment and will be charged for damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
Upon termination of service, arrangements must be made for the return of all Lipkaya Pasta property. Failure to return equipment may result in additional charges.
Subscription cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next scheduled delivery. Early termination fees may apply to certain plans.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason we determine to be necessary.
In no event shall Lipkaya Pasta, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Lipkaya Pasta and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
